I think it really has to do with the volume and shape. Obviously faux fur/anything that could be feasibly found at rave/rainbow/walmart clearance rack should be avoided. It's not fucking 1998 and you're not a spice girl. However, I do think it can look chic. Photo above...not so much, but keep in mind that's sort of Katy Perry's schtick....and she is performing, not walking down the street.
Vintage. A splash of leopard and very retro.
I actually think this looks relatively classy as well. Not too overdone and light on the accessories. Let's be real, animal prints speak for themselves.
If anyone's doing it right...it's Kate. She makes anything look good. I swear, not human.
Or you can just say fuck it, and make it fun. So fierce!
